Because our work is service-based and consultative in nature, all sales are considered final once services have been initiated or delivered. 

 

Before any paid work begins, we offer a free initial consultation to align on goals and scope. As such, purchases of consultative services are final once work has commenced.

 

No Refunds on Services Rendered

 

We invest time, expertise, and strategic thinking into every project. As such, we do not offer refunds for:

 

• Completed consultations or strategy sessions

• Ongoing or completed creative or marketing services

• Work that has already begun based on a signed agreement or confirmed scope of work

Prepaid Services

 

If you’ve prepaid for services and would like to cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or planning time already incurred. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

 

Custom Work and Creative Deliverables

 

All creative and marketing deliverables are customized for your business goals. Because of the nature of this work, refunds are not offered once development or execution has started.
